All systems are operational.

Media CDN, Web CDN, Panel CDN, Wiki and Support System

On 18.11.2025 at 12:46 CET, we began observing widespread disruptions across multiple components relying on Cloudflare’s CDN and edge network. This included partial outages for the Media CDN, Web CDN, Panel CDN, Wiki, and Support System. The issue originated entirely from a global Cloudflare infrastructure incident, which caused increased error rates, intermittent loading failures, and degraded performance depending on geographic location.

During the outage, Cloudflare’s reverse proxies were also affected, which resulted in our public status page itself being intermittently unreachable for some users. Our internal systems and core infrastructure remained fully operational throughout the event; the observed issues were limited to external delivery paths handled by Cloudflare.

We closely monitored Cloudflare’s recovery efforts and prepared fallback routing options in case the incident prolonged. Fortunately, Cloudflare was able to implement and deploy fixes during the afternoon, gradually stabilizing their global network. By approximately 20:30 CET, all affected services were again fully functional.

Cloudflare has officially marked the incident as resolved, and we are no longer seeing elevated error rates or latency. We will continue monitoring to ensure full stability but do not expect further impact.
